Report abuse section

There needs to be a "Other" Option on the Report Abuse section. Incase the abuse wasn't either staff impersonation or excessive swearing (Which I don't even know what that's doing there). And I might as well talk about it. If we make flaming against the rules that'll make it easier for staff to abuse and get away with it since they can just say they were flamed at. In all of the time I played incessant, (which was from day 1) I've never seen staff feel inclined to punish a player for flaming them, (which I've seen a lot of players do and have been done to myself as well.)

To summarize: Add a "Other" option to the Report Abuse section & making flaming not against the rules.

I have added another section to the Report Abuse Catagory upon request, i made an Other Section.
