Inactive

I thing there should be a section called Inactivity, for players or staff going away or having irl issues they really need to take care of. Well, thats pretty much it.

Players arent required to be constantly active they have the choice to play 1 hour ,2min or not at all ,it entirely up to them,but as for staff any inactivity willbe told to me,so i can take that into consideration ,becuase if staff start to become inactive without any notice ,and i am not aware they will be demoted, we need active staff and it will remain that way.

True but i reckon atleast within 4-5 weeks to be classified as inactive on the forums without notice, for players and staff. Although i have set up the forums so after a certain amount of time the forums will automatically send a reminder to people who have been inactive for a certain amount of time.

if a staff member isent on for 3 days ,they will be demoted.

What if he comments on the matter that he will be absent beforehand for whatever reason.

Then he shouldn't get demoted during the period of time that he told us is fine but if u leave without telling us as being staff we have a right to demote you after a certain amount of time right?

That's what I was trying to point out... And you guys said there was no need for something like this, since we can contact you via msn. What happens if for some particular reason we do not have access to it and there is no way of contacting you, since there isn't any 'Inactive" topic on forums. Anyone on the staff would get demoted which isn't fair.

I'm just thinking about the worst case possible, as they say anything can happen.

All staff members have direct contact with me in some way if not with other membersm they can easily post a topic, email me, msn me and notify another staff memeber.
